About the Role
You will be the first voice clients hear and the last checkpoint before a return goes out the door.You'll answer and route calls through Microsoft Teams Phone, schedule appointments, resolve client questions independently when possible, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will also be trained in intake processing, return delivery, and e-filing procedures. This is not a passive administrative role. It requires judgment, organization, and the ability to read and understand filing instructions with care and accuracy.
