Client Services Coordinator

Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency, is looking for an aspiring Client Services Coordinator.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the frontline communications for a busy private practice based in the US. You will be responsible for ensuring that patients and prospective customers are handled with urgency and care. This role requires exceptional verbal English skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to work seamlessly within a fast-paced, US-aligned agency environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a primary respondent for inbound phone calls and emails originating from the US.
• Triage calls and send detailed messages to appropriate departments / contacts.
