Summary This position is part of the Department of Energy's Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Office of HR Operations and Client Services (OHROCS). As a Client Services Division Director, you will provide leadership for a variety of HR programs, deliver high quality products, develop customer-centered solutions and promote efficient human capital management practices. Responsibilities As a Client Services Division Director, you will: Direct the Client Services Division, overseeing core technical HR functions such as Workday Help Center Operations, Employee Benefits, Suitability, Accountability and Quality Control Programs, Records Management and Human Resources Information Systems Support.
