Client Services Executive

The Client Support Executive is responsible for frontlining, qualifying, and closing leads for assigned clients. This role combines customer engagement, lead conversion, sales coordination, and performance reporting.
The position requires strong communication skills, sales discipline, and data-driven execution to meet monthly conversion and revenue targets while maintaining the client's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inquiries from HQ and Branch Social Media (Meta & TikTok), Google My Business, YouTube, Website leads, forms, and chatbot inquiries
Qualifying leads based on intent, readiness, and fit as prescribed by client catered
Actively managing prospects through the sales pipeline—from inquiry, oculars, closing to onboarding
Representing brands/clients officially in all internal and external marketing events or initiatives
Submitting sales reports and data-based recommendations for business growth and development
