We are seeking a talented individual to join the Risk Management Practice division at Marsh . This role will be based in Sandton, Johannesburg , hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

To oversee the Client Service Delivery model across teams and delivery models, through Team Managers, ensuring best practice is applied across all teams, Client Executives, and Placing the Best Person in Front of the Client. Overseeing teams and direct management of Team Managers in the respective areas.

We will count on you to:

Revenue and Finance

• Achieve and drive revenue budget and NOI for the RMP portfolio of clients

• Accurate and timeous Forecasting, within 95% accuracy within teams

• Accurate variance Reporting on a monthly basis
