Job Description
I am currently working with a leading Fintech - E-trading platform and they are looking for a Client Services Manager to join their team. Here are some R&Rs for the role:
- Lead and coordinate regional teams to ensure seamless, around‑the‑clock operational support.
- Oversee end‑to‑end production operations for live trading and pricing services, ensuring stability and uptime.
- Make real‑time operational decisions and manage incident response, from triage to resolution and follow‑up.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear communication during incidents and acting as their advocate internally.
- Monitor system performance, run regular health checks, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
