Job Description

I am currently working with a leading Fintech - E-trading platform and they are looking for a Client Services Manager to join their team. Here are some R&Rs for the role:
Lead and coordinate regional teams to ensure seamless, around‑the‑clock operational support.
Oversee end‑to‑end production operations for live trading and pricing services, ensuring stability and uptime.
Make real‑time operational decisions and manage incident response, from triage to resolution and follow‑up.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear communication during incidents and acting as their advocate internally.
Monitor system performance, run regular health checks, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
Drive operational readiness activities including deployments, upgrades, and cross‑regional handovers.
Produce operational reports and dashboards, and use data insights to identify issues and support long‑term fixes.
