Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our collaborative team as a Client Services Officer. This position supports both the Findex Richmond and Nelson offices with days at each office to be arranged as required.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Tax team, including assisting with the workflow tasking system and database management
  • Administration tasks including; onboarding and offboarding client accounts, AML compliance, preparing and formatting Client Service Agreements, and monitoring workflow systems to ensure compliance documentation is delivered and filed on time marking work in and formatting of final work out to the client.
