Client Services Officer

Position Summary
The Client Services Officer will be responsible for managing incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or online. Providing clients with technical assistance on projects and services. Maintaining client records, and managing CRM software and investor portal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Acts as the first point of contact for all external incoming inquiries
Ensuring all client correspondence reassures clients that they have made the right decision to trust Walton as part of their overall financial planning. Quality control in areas such as verbal communication, electronic communication and written mailings to clients is an essential component of this position.
Monitor all incoming client inquiries via phone, email, corporate website and APP, to ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
