We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto or Montreal and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge on the various portfolios for which the Client Servicing Senior Professional is responsible, enabling prompt and effective responses to client requests.
• Participate in the onboarding of new accounts by coordinating with operations, compliance, legal, portfolio managers, and performance teams.
• Investigate and resolve issues, complaints, and requests from clients, custodians, or consultants.
