Job Description

The Client Solutions Expert is the owner of successful client operations. This role works closely with both internal and external counterparts to deliver best-in-class campaign strategy services and results.

1.Work with sales and other related internal teams to make sure successful campaign execution;

2.Highly engage with client for campaign optimization and upsell opportunities;

3.Become the bridge of communication between clients and product team;

4.Help with troubleshooting with the product and R&D team when needed;

5.Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign results;
