About the role:
The Account Manager (what we call Client Solutions Manager (CSM)) will work closely with the sales team to provide support and expertise in meeting client objectives and providing best in class customer service to both internal and external clients. The CSM will be responsible for negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our clients.
