The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) - Retail & Ecommerce is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products for key clients in the industries such as marketplaces, fashion, electronics, furniture, beauty, price comparison sites and quick commerce apps. The CSM acts as a strategic partner to advertisers, supporting them across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, while ensuring scalable campaign execution, robust measurement frameworks, and actionable insights that drive sales and long‑term growth. You will collaborate with Client Partners to design end‑to‑end strategies, manage campaign operations, and optimize performance across web and app channels.
