Client Solutions Manager – SaaS

Job Description:

• Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure they can efficiently integrate Airbridge into their services
• Enable customers for product usage by identifying how Airbridge can help meet their business objectives and resolve pain points
• Assist with event taxonomy and data pipeline based on a solid understanding of SDKs, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Become a reliable partner trusted by customers in not only marketing technology but also digital growth
• Provide customer feedback to the relevant team internally to help improve Airbridge itself

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with native-level fluency in English
• Experience as a performance marketer for 1~2 year in an in-house or marketing agency, or experience in related industries (marketing consulting agencies, media)
• Problem-solving skills with strategic thinking and cross-team communication skills
