What is the Opportunity?
RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS) is seeking a dedicated Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) to join our Ontario team. This role is focused on ensuring RBC DS clients are seamlessly transitioned to the most suitable RBC platform based on their unique needs. As a CSS, you will engage directly with clients from the following RBC DS branches: Burlington, Etobicoke, Hamilton, Mississauga, Oakville, St. Catharines, Kingston, and Peterborough. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth discovery discussions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions
