Client Success Agent B2B

**What’s the role?**

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-centric Client Success Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our Client Success Manager in delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing onboarding, nurturing long-term relationships, and contributing to retention and growth across a portfolio of B2B customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping clients get the most out of their subscriptions and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manage the corporate inbox and respond to account-related queries.

+ Oversee a portfolio of 350 clients, including renewals and small-scale upsell opportunities.
