**Required Experience and Skills**:- **Prior experience in a client-facing role**, preferably within a professional services or accounting firm environment.
- Proven success in **managing client relationships**, onboarding, and ongoing client support.
- Strong project **management and organizational skills** — ability to coordinate multiple clients and moving pieces.
