Client Success Executive

We are looking for a warm, service-oriented Client Success Executive to handle daily customer interactions and support for our beauty and aesthetic clientele in Singapore. You'll be the voice and heart of our brand — engaging customers through WhatsApp, social media, and calls with professionalism, care, and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls (~100 texts per day).
• Assist in calling provided leads and helping to generate more clientele.
• Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments.
