Job Description
TM Chemicals Pvt. Ltd (Sister Concern of T.M. Rubber Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring a Client Success Executive for our One-Pack segment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers
-Conduct regular visits (including outstation when required)
-Take/confirm orders and coordinate for smooth processing
-Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments
-Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries professionally
Requirements:
-Minimum 14 years of education (Preferably Management)
-Prior field sales/customer handling experience preferred.
-Basic MS Excel & reporting knowledge.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Willing to travel on short notice
-Target-oriented and disciplined
