About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Success & Growth Manager to support our network of marketing consultants across North America.

This is a hands‑on, growth‑focused role where you’ll work closely with consultants to help them win recent business, grow client accounts, and strengthen long‑term relationships.

You’ll act as a coach and collaborator — helping consultants think through sales conversations, positioning, and how to deliver meaningful results for their clients.

This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in digital marketing or agency experience who is ready to step into a more strategic, client‑facing position.
