Client Success Manager

We’re looking for an Client Success Manager to own the full client fulfillment experience for a high-touch matchmaking service. This is not a sales role. It is an execution and relationship management role focused on delivering consistent, high-quality matches while maintaining strong client communication and satisfaction.

You will manage active clients end to end, track preferences and cadence, research potential matches, and ensure each customer receives timely outreach and thoughtful follow-up. This role blends customer experience, structured research, emotional intelligence, and operational discipline.

If you are highly organized, strong in written communication, comfortable using AI tools for research, and confident managing multiple client journeys at once, this role is a strong fit.
