What the day will look like

+ Handhold the client in their data submission journey & ensure that all client compensation data submission obligations are fulfilled.

+ Support client onboarding, orientation and query resolution in a timely manner.

+ Work to drive client retention by providing support around job architecture, survey publications, data lifecycle and platform experience.

+ Understand and analyze Compensation data using Excel and internal software.
