Key Responsibilities
Manage Chinese-speaking client accounts & build long-term relationships
Act as main contact between clients & internal teams (Ops, Content, Hosts)
Oversee livestream & e-commerce campaign execution
Monitor performance, analyze results & provide optimization suggestions
Handle client feedback, issues & expectations professionally
Support upsell & renewal opportunities through value delivery
Requirements
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) + good English
Experience in Client Success / Account Management / Project Management
