Role Summary
The Client Success Manager (CSM) at 5DM is the primary strategic partner for our clients, responsible for ensuring they derive maximum value from our full suite of marketing services and proprietary AdTech (Audience, Media, and Creative Paths).
You are a hybrid professional: part strategic consultant, part performance marketer, and part account lead. You will manage the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding and campaign planning to advanced analytics and retention—ensuring that every client touchpoint is high-value and results-oriented.
