Job Description
Are you passionate about client satisfaction, retention, and growth? At MSPbots, we're looking for a Client Success Manager who can guide our MSP clients toward success by helping them realize the full value of our SaaS platform.
Remote for now, but would eventually need to report onsite once or twice a month (Office location - 10th floor, IBP Tower, Jade Drive, Ortigas Center, Ortigas, Metro Manila 1605)
8 AM – 5 PM CDT (9 PM – 6 AM PHT)
Monday–Friday | Fixed Rest Days: Sat–Sun
