Overview

We're hiring a Client Success Manager to ensure our clients receive exceptional support throughout their publishing journey. Once a client enters our pipeline, you'll be their main point of contact—keeping them informed, addressing concerns, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for active clients
• Provide regular project updates and maintain clear communication
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, editors, formatters) to ensure timely delivery
• Address client queries and resolve issues promptly
