Responsibilities
Review the customer journey, offer solutions, and help clients reach their goals.
Facilitate team collaboration to ensure timely deliverables.
Collaborate with team members for client meetings and problem-solving.
Train clients on tasks as needed.
Proactively address potential issues.
Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices.
Be the main contact for assigned clients, building trust and identifying opportunities.
Maintain customer success metrics and data.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
