Role Summary The Client Success Specialist is the voice of the client. This role ensures clients are happy, retained, and growing.

This role operates during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication, updates, and reporting

• Handle feedback, concerns, and escalations

• Ensure renewals and upsells

• Coordinate with Operations to fulfill client needs

• Track client health and satisfaction

Compensation:

• 22,000 Basic Salary
• Monthly recurring commission per active client closed

Qualifications (1–3 Years):

• 1–3 years experience in account management, customer success, or client support
• Experience working with service-based or SaaS clients
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple clients and ensure satisfaction
