Handle client queries & deliver top-notch customer service
Manage client onboarding, operations & after-sales support
Track KPIs, report performance & help improve internal processes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely issue resolution
Maintain accurate client records and ensure data is updated in CRM systems
Requirements:
