Client Support Specialist — Fintech Onboarding & Compliance

Wahed Inc. is seeking a Client Support Agent to be the first point of contact for clients via live chat, calls, and support emails. This role prioritizes compliance with financial regulations while managing client experiences and complaints.

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in customer service, strong English communication skills, and a willingness to innovate processes. Additional experience with CRM systems like Zendesk is a plus. Evening and weekend availability is required.
