Client Support Specialist

Skills required:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
• Handle email correspondence and act as a gatekeeper when needed
• Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting notes
• Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to support executive priorities
• Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information
