Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding solar products, services, and project status
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, installation, and finance teams to resolve client concerns
- Assist clients with documentation, contracts, billing inquiries, and system warranties
- Provide updates on project timelines, installation schedules, and system activation
- Handle after-sales support, including troubleshooting and service coordination
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
- Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering professional, courteous, and solution-oriented support
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow through until resolution
