Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding solar products, services, and project status
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, installation, and finance teams to resolve client concerns
• Assist clients with documentation, contracts, billing inquiries, and system warranties
• Provide updates on project timelines, installation schedules, and system activation
• Handle after-sales support, including troubleshooting and service coordination
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
• Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering professional, courteous, and solution-oriented support
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow through until resolution
