Overview

Senior Railway Design Engineer to join Clifton’s Civil Engineering practice in Canada. You will lead the planning, design, and delivery of rail infrastructure projects, including track engineering, alignment design, project management, and railway disciplines related to civil engineering. You will ensure that projects adhere to industry standards and regulations and contribute to Clifton’s rail initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support the planning, design, and execution of rail/civil infrastructure and capital expansion projects, including new customer sidings, loop tracks, intermodal, storage and classification yards, utility crossings, and public works projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, operating plans, proposals, and technical documentation for rail/civil projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers and drafters to ensure project requirements are met.
