Climate Finance Associate, LATAM Fund

ThirdWay Partners is seeking an Associate in Bogotá to support the launch of a climate-focused fund. You will be responsible for the entire investment process, from sourcing to portfolio management, focusing on building impactful financial models.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a strong passion for climate finance and sustainable development.
