Job Summary

The Clinic Panel Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the clinic's panel of healthcare providers, corporate clients, or insurance partners. The role ensures smooth onboarding, compliance with agreements, accurate records, and effective communication between the clinic and its panel members to support efficient service delivery and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the clinic's panel database (doctors, specialists, corporate clients, or insurance partners).
• Coordinate onboarding, credentialing and renewal of panel providers and corporate accounts.
• Ensure panel agreements, contracts and documentation are up to date and compliant with clinic policies.
• Act as the main point of contact between the clinic and panel partners for operational matters.
• Handle panel-related inquiries, approvals, and escalations in a timely manner.
