Clinic Assistant

Location : Klinik Careclinics Al Amin, Batu Pahat

The duties and responsibilities include but shall not be limited to the following: -

1) Handling of medications including dispensing prescriptions, maintaining the cleanliness in the dispensing area, checking the labels of all dispensed drugs and anything that is related to the medications.

2) Responsible for every patient's safety where the Employee will make and supervise the filling and refilling of prescriptions, counselling the patients on adverse reactions and interactions with other medications, food or beverages.

3) Responsible to communicate with the prescribers should the prescription is unclear and potentially harmful to a patient.

4) Accountable for the quality assurance and any return of goods by customer(s) due to defective product(s).

5) Maintaining proper records of patients' details while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
