Job Description

Clinic Assistant – East; office hour 5.5 days Salary: $2,500/month 
Locations Available Bedok – 1 Vacancy 
Marine Parade – 1 Vacancy 
Job Responsibilities Register and greet patients 
Schedule appointments and specialist referrals 
Handle payment collections and patient enquiries 
Provide frontline customer service support 
Assist at health monitoring stations by taking patients' height, weight and blood pressure 
Manage patient concerns professionally and escalate when required 
Working Hours Weekdays: Between 7:00am – 7:00pm (8 working hours per day based on roster) 
Saturdays: Between 7:00am – 1:30pm (4 working hours based on roster) 
44 hours per week
