Job Description

We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at Klinik Dr. Rose.

The ideal candidate is responsible, patient-friendly, and able to work well in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage patient flow
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures
• Handle counter duties including billing and appointment scheduling
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of clinic areas
• Manage basic clinic supplies and stock
• Provide professional and courteous service to patients

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage)
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team
