Responsibilities:

• Keep all areas, including treatment rooms and equipment storage, clean and tidy.
• Check regularly that all tools are safe, working, and fully stocked.
• Track and refill medical supplies to avoid shortages.
• Work with the procurement team to order needed items on time.
• Operate treatment machines as directed by the TCM Practitioner.
• Assist Practitioners during treatments and ensure patients feel safe and comfortable.
• Look after patients in the treatment area with care and professionalism.
