Responsibilities
Register patients for consultation & assist with appointments
Assist the doctor in performing necessary procedures
Support & work with the operations team to ensure smooth operations flow
Assist in reception duties, registration and collecting payment
Answer Phone call enquiries & clinic appointments with professionalism & care
Keep accurate records of all clinic transactions
Maintain a clean & organized clinic environment
Requirements
At least 1 year of clinic experience in the same role
Pleasant disposition, good service attitude, high integrity, team player
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Computer-literate with basic IT skills
Handle Chinese & English speaking patients
