Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Assistant at U.n.i Klinik Semabok Perdana, located in Melaka. The Clinic Assistant will manage day-to-day clinic operations, including reception duties, patient registration, and handling inquiries. The role involves assisting in patient care, managing appointments, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the clinic, and providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
Experience in Receptionist Duties, such as managing appointment schedules and welcoming patients
Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology and ability to assist in Patient Care procedures
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude
