Provision of Care

· Provides safe and effective quality care to all patients in a manner that meets standard safety policy and nursing competencies.

· Acts as chaperon whenever required.

· Ensures smooth running of the assigned clinic as required.

· Maintains cleanliness of clinic and all equipment adhering all policies including Infection Control Policies.

· Assist patient in appointment scheduling

· Update individual consultants census on daily basis

· Make a reminder call along with reminder message to patient a day before to confirm the patient's appointment

· Coordinate laboratory tests, specialist referrals, and/or diagnostic procedures; medication orders and etc. for patients

· Answer telephone enquiries from patient and customers

· Preparing patient Medical Record by obtaining personal and health information.

· Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes.
