Clinic Assistant (Female)

Requirements:

• Preferable female candidate.
• Candidate must have minimum SPM/Diploma.
• Able to work in shift especially overnight shift.
• Good personality and communication skills.
• Able to blend well and work in team.
• Proficient in using computer.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar administrative role preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide patients through the check-in/check-out process.
• Assist patients with basic inquiries about treatments, appointments, and general clinic procedures.
• Assist healthcare providers during patient exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Receive and handle prescription requests from healthcare providers while accurately prepare and dispense medications based on dosage instructions.
• Provide receipts and process payments.
