About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at REN CLINIC' in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our natural and alternative medicine clinic.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
2. Scheduling and managing patient appointments
3. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
4. Assisting practitioners with clinic procedures and treatments as required
5. Ordering and restocking medical supplies and equipment
6. Maintaining a clean, organized and well-presented clinic environment
7. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries
