Clinic Business Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Clinic Business Manager (CBM) to lead and coordinate the clinic’s operations, manage our administration team, and support our strategic growth initiatives. This new role is key to ensuring a seamless patient experience, optimizing operational efficiency, supporting marketing programs and financial management, and shaping a workplace where our staff thrives. The CBM will be well supported by an engaged senior management team both operationally and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Scheduling Management: Support daily clinic operations, policies and procedures, and SOPs. Coordinate surgeon schedules in partnership with clinical staff to ensure efficiency, smooth patient flow, and a high-quality patient experience.
