Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic LPN at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, you will work with the RN and provider to utilize the nursing process to identify patient needs and priorities of care through assessment and planning of care based on delegated tasks, patient needs, therapeutic interventions, and evaluation of the patient's response. You are held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization.

Every day, you will apply your nursing skills to provide direct patient care, meticulously documenting observations, administering medications, and assisting with procedures. You will be a crucial support to the healthcare team, ensuring that patient care is delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with established standards and organizational values.
