Clinic Manager

Role Overview:

As Clinic Manager, you will lead daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing scheduling, patient flow, managing clinicians/practitioners' schedules and patient assignments
• Managing budgets, financial records, and clinic profitability (e.g., maximizing clinician schedules and bookings)
• Implementing policies, coordinating staff training, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive patient experiences
• Collaborating with medical professionals to support care delivery and quality standards

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• This is a managerial-level position with no overtime or special holiday pay
