Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Clinic Operation Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, ensure excellent patient service, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow
Supervise and lead clinic staff
Ensure service quality, SOP compliance, and patient satisfaction.
Oversee billing, reporting, inventory, and cost control.
Handle patient feedback and operational issues.
Requirements:
•Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field
•Minimum 3 years of clinic or healthcare, and organizational skills
•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
