Clinic Manager

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for primarily supervising the overall performance and process involved in the day-to-day function of the clinic. He/She is in charge not only of completing the manpower (staff and physicians on-duty) but most importantly, ensuring smooth delivery of quality and complete service to both the internal and external stakeholders.

This position should also provide Quality Improvement monitoring and ensure safe patient care to the clinic patients present in the clinic and make certain that clinic staff are competent to perform patient care.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Education :Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physical Therapy
• Preferably a Registered Physical Therapist or has a background in PT setup
• Experience Required: At least one year supervisory experience in clinic operations, preferably from an HMO setting with knowledge in Occupational Health, diagnostic procedures and ICD 10.
