**Location:** CUMC-Bergan 77th & Mercy -- Internal Medicine Clinic

**Schedule:** Monday 11a-5p, Tuesday 645a-345p, Thursday 645a-345p, and Friday 645a-1245p -- No weekends, No holidays & No call!
